I built my career in a very competitive market by combining discipline, strategy, and real execution. That’s what I coach.
I’ve spent the last 20+ years in commercial real estate brokerage with a focus on industrial real estate in Calgary. It’s a mid-sized Canadian market with sophisticated competition, including the largest commercial brokerages in North America. You don’t win consistently here without skill, systems, and the ability to perform under pressure.
My advantage has always been the combination of field experience and structured thinking. I earned an MBA with Distinction from Durham University Business School in the UK, and the CCIM designation through advanced training in financial analysis, market analysis, and investment strategy.
I’ve also built and led a high-performing brokerage group that has ranked among REMAX Commercial’s “Top 25” teams worldwide since 2015. I received REMAX Commercial’s Lifetime Achievement award, and in 2025 I was named to CREi’s “Top 150” LinkedIn Influencers in Commercial Real Estate.
Outside transactions, I’ve been trusted to contribute to the industry. I’ve served as an advisor to the Real Estate Council of Alberta, the province’s real estate industry regulator. I’ve also lectured and taught brokerage practices at the Calgary Real Estate Board, and I’ve presented at REMAX’s global conference.
Before brokerage, I ran a marketing consultancy. Earlier still, I served as a Combat Engineer in the Canadian Armed Forces. That experience shaped my coaching style through disciplined planning, clear objectives, honest debriefs, and consistent execution.
I coach producing commercial real estate agents in the areas that actually move a career forward:
Coaching is applied philosophy. It’s the practice of turning intention into action under uncertainty, while keeping character and standards intact.
